The James P. Lee Equity Fund

In honor of Dr. Jim Lee’s accomplishments and steadfast commitment to improving educational equity for all students during his 10-year tenure as superintendent, the PV Schools Education Foundation has established the James P. Lee Equity Fund.

With Dr. Lee’s support, the Foundation has provided funding for educational field trips to all Title I schools in PVUSD, as well as out-of-school time enrichment and academic intervention opportunities for high-need students.

The James P. Lee Equity Fund will help fund these and other initiatives, enabling the Foundation to support student needs and opportunities. The criteria for this funding will be established by Dr. Lee and the Foundation with input from all district stakeholder groups.
